Rushd Almasar Methodology
How we select, classify, and verify certifications at Rushd Almasar.
What this site provides
An independent directory for comparing technical certifications in the Saudi market — with official links, prices, time estimates, and Hadaf support where an official source exists. The site does not sell certifications and does not take registration commissions.
How do you select certifications?
We conduct independent research across Saudi and global markets, focusing on certifications that:
- Have clear recognition from local or international official bodies
- Appear frequently in Saudi job postings
- Are taught in Saudi universities or accredited training centers
- Have broad acceptance among field specialists
- Have an official page with documented requirements
Data sources
The primary reference for each certification is the issuer's official site. What you see here is an awareness-level summary; the absence of a detail on this site does not imply its absence at the issuer.
Some fields may be missing or need further verification, and official links can change over time.
How are levels classified?
Each certification is classified into three levels based on multiple inputs:
- Official issuer requirements (experience, education, prerequisite exams)
- Average years of experience expected from the candidate
- Complexity of the curriculum and exam
- The natural placement in common career paths
How are links and data verified?
Every link is verified directly from the issuer's official site before inclusion. We don't rely on intermediate sources or forums when linking a certification.
When sources disagree, the official site takes priority. If a link changes or breaks, we update it during the next periodic review.
Price methodology
Each price falls into one of five states: verified with a capture date and an official link, legacy unverified, variable by provider, free, or not available. Variable prices are never rendered as a number, and missing prices are never treated as zero.
When a range exists we display the upper bound to avoid under-estimation, and SAR/USD/EUR conversion uses fixed approximate exchange rates. Prices can change at any time, and the official source is the final reference before payment.
We present information for awareness only. Prices may change without prior notice, requirements may be updated periodically, and financial support (like Hadaf) may change according to program policies.
The certification's official source is the final reference for all details. Always verify directly from the official site before registering or paying.
Hadaf (HRDF) methodology
For each certification, Hadaf support takes one of three states: supported with an official source, not supported, or not yet verified. We never present support as a certainty, and we never update eligibility automatically without a source.
Hadaf policies can change. Verifying eligibility and reimbursement conditions directly with Hadaf is the user's responsibility before registration or payment.
Recommendation methodology
The quiz uses a single recommendation engine that takes field, goal, and level, and returns a capped set of suggestions (3 at most). Ranking relies on curated metadata for some certifications; uncurated entries use neutral fallbacks.
Results are educational planning aids and are not a guarantee of admission, employment, salary, or reimbursement. We do not use AI models to produce these recommendations.
Career path totals
Path price totals are computed by computePathTotals. Variable or missing prices are not collapsed to zero; when coverage is incomplete we show an 'up to' prefix so the total stays honest.
The scenario is informational and helps you size the spend; it is not a salary projection or ROI estimate. A path does not guarantee a job or a specific completion timeline.
Update and staleness policy
The certification list and links are reviewed periodically. We don't commit to fixed dates, but the methodology includes re-evaluating each field at least every 3 months and urgent updates for any broken link we discover.
We separate distinct dates: price-capture date, exam-data review date, content review date, and Hadaf verification date. Each one is tracked independently.
Old records are never updated automatically without a source. Internal checks flag stale data, but a flag does not imply the system refreshed anything on its own.
Is the site affiliated with any organization?
No. Rushd Almasar is an independent project with no affiliation to any government body, private company, or training institution. We don't take commissions for listing certifications, nor do we favor one issuer over another except based on market recognition.
All certification names, logos, icons, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Rushd Almasar is an independent guide and is not affiliated with any certification body or training provider. Brand icons are displayed for identification purposes only.
Limitations
- Prices and policies can change at any time without notice.
- Job titles and requirements vary between employers and regions.
- Recommendations and paths are educational and do not guarantee admission, employment, or salary.
- The issuer's official source is the final reference before registration or payment.
